Introduction:
SC thermally conductive pad is a kind of thermallly conductive pad made from thermally conductive siliocne rubber as the raw material and glass fiber as the base material,through the process of rolling.With its heat conductivity coefficient reaching 1.00W/m.k.,an insulating layer anbe formed between the radiation interface and the heat sink. The soft surface of the product ensures close contact with radiation interface so as to form a good heat dissipation pathway. Reinforced by the glass fiber, the product has better tensile property. Without any toxic substance, the SC thermally conductive pad is in full compliance with ROHSenvironmental requirements. The SC thermally conductive pad can be widely applied to power supplier of different power and virious occasions requiring heat dissipation.
