KATER BRAND NEUTRAL SILICONE SEALANT
Kater 620 / Kali 6200
Product Description:
Kater® 620 Silicone is especially designed for joining and sealing most non-porous building materials including a variety of structural materials: glass, aluminum, metal alloys, stainless steel, wood and plastics.
It has a wide operating temperature range of -80 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (-62 to 204 degrees Celsius), and can be applied at outdoor temperatures as low as -35 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit (-37 to 60 degrees Celsius).
Kater® 620 exhibits strong physical properties: 350 psi Tensile Strength; 120 psi Lap Shear at 1/8 inch (3 millimeter) thickness and Tear Strength of 25 psi. It will seal curtainwall joints, steel and aluminum windows, and skylights. Indoor uses include bathtubs, showers and sanitary installations (Mildew Resistant Clear, White, Translucent White and Tan contain a fungicide for cured beads that are mildew resistant).
Warranty: Kater® 620 Silicone Sealant has a ten year limited warranty. Once it is applied and thoroughly set up, it is warranted to stay flexible for at least ten years, if properly applied and used under normal conditions.
