Capsanthin Colorant

Ingredients:The capsanthin colorant mainly consists of capsanthin,capsicum,rubinchrome,kygproxanthin.etc.

Characteristics:The capsanthin colorant is a liquid of deep red viscous oil and hardly dissoluble in water.But it is dissoluble in vegetable oil,ethyl acetate,concentrated ethylalcohol  and many other dissolvent. It features heat-resisting and light-fastness.Its tone remains unchanged when it is in hot oil if 200.

There is no apparent change in its color after it has been placed in shade at the ambient temperature  for 15 months. The PH value has no effect to the colorant tone.
