Chilli Crab Condiments

INGREDIENTS: Vegetable oil, chilli, ginger, salt, gourmet powder, Chinese prickly ash, fennel, cassia bark, spice leaf.

COOKING METHOD: Fry this product with 300g vegetable oil, then pourthe pieces of fresh crab(1kg) in the pot and fry before eating (or boil with proper amount of soup before eating.).
