Haorenjia Braised chicken seasoning is a special popular Sichuan cuisine. It is a typical combination of modern technology and new Sichuan flavor. It looks colorful and taste fragrant,  spicy, fresh, not dry and not oily, making you taste essence of Sichuan flavor.

 

Ingredients : Vegetable Oil, Bean Sauce, Red Pepper, MSG, Salt, Cooking Wine, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Spices.

Cooking way:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg chicken into 2cm lumps,  it is ready to use.

2. Put 200g prepared vegetable oil and heat it to be boiled, then put the prepared chicken into the oil and fry it for several minutes.

3. Add a bag of the seasoning into the pot and mixed it well. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the chicken lumps) into the pot heat it until it done.

4. Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
