Haorenjia Spicy chicken Condiments are  special Sichuan cuisine with spicy, fresh not oily,fragrant flavors, ideal for family, restaurant. It is popular in China and in many other countries.

 

Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Soybean, Paste, Chilli, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Essence Fermented Soybean, Suger, Fermented Glutinous,  Rice, Ash Prickly, Distilled Spirit, Ferment

 

Cooking direction:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg chicken into 2cm lumps,  it is ready to use.

2. Put 200g prepared vegetable oil and heat it to be boiled, then put the prepared chicken into the oil and fry it until the skin tighted.

3. Add a bag of the seasoning into the pot and fry it with the chicken for several minutes. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the chicken lumps) into the pot heat it until done.

4. Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
