Characteristics of structure, performance and application:
The cross roller slewing ring consists of two races with rolling element of short cylindrical rollers. The axes of adjacent cylindrical rollers are aligned crossly in 90 degrees. There are two raceways on both of inner and outer races. The cross section of raceways is linear. It features on compact structure, light weight, high precision of producing and small assembling opening. It requires high installing precision. The cylindrical rollers are aligned crosswise one by one. Among the rollers, half of them take downward axial force, as well as upward radial force for the others. It can simultaneously take axial force, and overturning moment as well as larger radial force. It is widely used for the cranes or transportation, engineering vehicles and military products etc.
