 APPLICATION:
The enrobing line is to coat chocolate on various food such as biscuit,wafers,egg rolls,cake pie and snacks etc.Cooling tunnel is available.There are following special devices for optional also:
1:Magazine feeder:To simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafers etc to the enrobing wiremesh.
2:Granular sprinkler:to sprinkle sesame or peanut granulars on the enrobing products.
3:Decorator:to decorate zigzags or stripes of different color on the surfact of enrobing products.

 

 

1.Configuration

The complete chocolate making line can make all kinds of colorful,solid,Chocolate sandwich and irregular shapes chocolate.It is mainly composed of Melting tank,Temperature Adjustor,Conches,Sugar pulverizer,holding tank,enrobing line,moulding line and packing machine,and so on.

 

2.Introduction:

This chocolate depositing machine is especial for chocolate pouring and depositing including machanism, Electrical controlling. The production flow includes mould heating, Pouring, Vibrating, Cooling, Discharging and so on with automatic operation. It suits for producing pure chocolate, Center filled chocolate, Double color chocolate. Granule mixing pouring chocolate with smoothly surface, correctly weighing, it is a good machine for producing high quality of chocolate.

There are single shot, two shots and three shots of lines for producing different chocolates.
