There are two options, one is automatic operation model, the other one is manual operation model.The manual operation is used for debugging stage, including oil cylinder rise, oil cylinder drop and jog of turntables.The automatic operation is suitable for the continuous production.

 

The equipment process layout:

Turntable turn—Turntable inversion stop---Oil cylinder rise—Oil cylinder drop—Turntable turn

 

Note:

The turntable turn must be according to the signed direction.
