I. Working Principle
Fruit and vegetable chips refer to fruit and vegetable food with very low water content, which is obtained by taking fresh fruit and vegetable as main raw material and edible plant oil as heat medium and adopting advanced technology, such as low-temperature vacuum frying (VF) to have the fresh fruit and vegetable quickly dehydrated. The fruit and vegetable chips have low oil content, brittle and non-greasy, keeping the original shape, color, fragrance and taste of fruit and vegetable, rich in various nutrient components, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber and have the characteristics such as low sugar, low salt, low fat and low caloric.

Raw material preparation→ screening→ cleaning→ slicing (cutting) →deactivation of enzymes→ draining→ quick-freezing→ unfreezing→ vacuum impregnating→ cleaning→ draining→ vacuum drying→ vacuum oil removing→ seasoning→ product packaging→ warehousing.
