TECHNICAL FEATURES

This new shelter development “TopCompositDesign” – German Design and Made in China - is a new generation of shelters characterised by greater flexibility, improved functionality, economy and high quality.

The new generation of  CROSSMOBIL shelters in the “TopCompositDesign” range incorporates
the following improvements:
- high strength sandwich panels – with no internal framework
- connected by means of special profiles
- non-welded shelter
- corner castings in a bolted assembly
- Reinforcements and fasteners for wall, roof and floor loading requirements

These constructional features lead to:
- lower structure weight
- lower production costs 

 

Our production line consists of

Transportation

 

For rapid deployment the shelter (system) can be used with all means of transportation.

It can be transported by:

- flatbed truck or trailers as a removable system by electrical or manual jacking systems.

- on RoRo-Skip loader, by aircraft and ship

- being lifted and loaded by helicopter and crane

- being stackable for transportation by ship.

 

Our Shelter combines the mobillity of a container with the protection and integration logistic of a professional system carrier.

According to the field of application we guarantee compliance with the technical requirements regarding:

loading and integration concept, including distribution of weight temperature and insulation values water and air thigtness, humid heat etc.
