TECHNICAL FEATURES
The new “TopCompositeDesign” does away with the framework on the side and top panels, replacing it with heavy-duty aluminium sandwich panels which are made in a special manufacturing process and bolted together with purpose-built aluminium profiles. Another step which is no longer required is the welding of the outside profiles.
This modern shelter design is less complex and can be adapted more easily to the customer’s specific requirements. The static of the body and the sandwich reinforcement allowed for fixtures will be checked by an individual FEM calculation.
The shelter can be made to required by the customer standards in any given case (ISO, MIL, NATO, ASTM), including shielding protection.
PRODUCT RANGE
The “TopCompositeDesign” modular shelter design system allows customisation of shelters in different sizes, with different types and positioning of openings, and with reinforcements for fixtures and attachments, etc.
Endurnce shelters can be built as:
20’ shelter with bolted ISO standard container corner castings as a highly mobile system carrier 20’ shelter module for mobile medical care 20’ shelter expanding on one or both sides e.g. to form a mobile surgical unit, etc. Shelters of different sizes for mobile communications (with shielding) Truck shelter bodies for mobile workshops, medical treatment units, etc.
There are purpose-built accessories for the various shelters, such as lifting and loading systems, fold-away ladders, C-rails, skids, etc.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
The first-class Endurance shelter design serves as a base and logistics module for mobile systems, i.e. for the transportation of valuable equipment and cargo.
