The “PrefabModularHospital” is a sophisticated system of industrially produced modules to install individually planned hospitals, medical practices, laboratories, chemist shops etc. quickly and inexpensively. They are turnkey, complete solutions with equipment tailor made to meet the customers’ requirements and installed “on site”. This modular structure is long lasting, can be extended at any time and can also be relocated. The modular system structure is also equal to the conventional solid building construction in terms of representative architecture and cost-effective operation.

The steel system construction of our production partners Säbu allows great freedom of architectural design for entrance lobbies, interior and exterior wall panellings, roof, windows and skylights. The properties with regard to heat protection, energy efficiency and noise and fire protection meet the highest demands.
Our system also allows the erection of low energy buildings. Maintenance costs are minimised by using durable, care-free materials for the façade such as corrugated aluminium, aluminium cassettes, glass or clinker.
The high degree of prefabrication reduces local building efforts to a minimum. The friction losses with long building activities which are often associated with unplanned costs are avoided so that the object can be handed over quickly and at the fixed price.
The PrefabModularHospital system construction is well established internationally for hospitals, laboratories, medical and sanitary units, often under extreme climatic conditions. They last just as long as conventional solid building structures.
The PrefabModularHospital system is also used in Europe for building schools, kindergartens, community centres, customs and airport buildings, control and information centres and office and administration buildings.
New treatment rooms with X-ray station
The time factor played a major role in this hospital extension. Rooms for patients, doctors and treatment as well as a complete X-ray station were completed in 9 weeks. The unit was fitted out with representative and high quality equipment. The net building time on site was only 3 weeks and caused minimum interference to operation of the hospital.
Extended operating ward in 10 weeks
This new operating ward with 21 beds was built in Russia. The extension consisted of a reception area with personnel and equipment room, the operating theatre with annexed X-ray and laboratory unit and the ward. The advantages of the industrial prefabrication were combined with the customer’s individual requirements and enabled completion within 10 weeks.
Forensic medical unit
This complete unit consisting of autopsy room, examination rooms for consultants, cooling cells and personnel and equipment rooms was built in 3 months in Russia.
