Structure Features:

1,The loss-in-weight feeder is composed of fast filling device, inlet and outlet, flexible connection, weighing bin, load cell, mixing device and screw conveyor.

2,Fast filling device: pneumatic butterfly valve is used as the connection of material bin and weighing bin. The weighing bin will be filled completely in a short time when it needs filling. The pneumatic butterfly valve is in a small volume and compact construction but responds quickly, leak proof and easy to use, practical and reliable.

3,Weighing bin: the weighing bin is designed for weighing and able to prevent bridge and material impact and also ensure smooth and well-distributed feeding; meanwhile, it is easy to dismantle during cleaning and replacing of some parts and components. The volume of the material bin depends on the feeding capacity.

4,Load cell: three highly précised sensors are mounted on the weighing bin and distributed at 120°C ensuring the weighing accuracy .
