 Spherical roller bearing can bear heavy load,it has two row rollers ,one common spherical raceway in outer ring, two raceway in the inner ring which inclined to a certain angle relative to the center line of axis, the bearing can be automatically self-aligning.when the bearing bent by the force or its installation of different mind,the bearing can still be normal use. Such bearing can withstand both radial load and bi-directional axial load, the fight ability is better. Generally ,spherical roller bearing permit the work of low speed.

Spherical roller bearing can be classified into symmetrical and non-symmetrical roller bearing in structure according to the section??s shape of roller. non-symmetrical spherical roller bearing are the earlier products, by comprehensive design and parameter optimazition of the internal structure,symmetrical spherical roller bearing can bear larger axial load compared to the earlier spherical roller bearing,its working temperature is lower, suitable for the high speed occcasion.according to whether the inner rings  have ribs  and what the cage are adopted , cages can be classified  into C type and CA type. C type is without ribs on inner ring and using pressed steel plate cage, CA type is with ribs on both side of inner ring  and using machined solid cage.

In order to replace bearings and improve lubrication with convenience,our company can supply the users with spherical roller bearing with tapered bore, generally the taper is 1:20,and 1:30 is a special requirements, its suffix code respectivly express by K and K30; the suffix code of spherical roller bearing with ring tank and three grease holes is expressed by /W33. we can also supplied customers with Adapter, Withdrawal Sleeves as well as spherical roller bearing with tank and grease holes in inner ring.
