Installation Measurement

    GV800-V5.0 air covering machine is designed to intermingle two or more filaments with different physical properties into one air covered yarn by use of interlacing air jet. This machine is a type of single drive for each spindle. Each spindle has separate drive control. Its main functions include automatic stop running and air supply for each spindle when the yarn is broken, automatic stop when the yarn bobbin is full, broken yarn can be manually spliced when the yarn is broken, indication of accumulated actual production output per shift. It is a machine with high automatic and intelligent design.

5. Package built up by bi-conical high speed precision winding, edge shape mechanically compensated against edge convex and overlap, adjustable winding tension, package with even density, to ensure excellent package shape, even unwinding tension and well performance in the downstream process.
