Our achievements:

Produced large size toothed bar, using the new intermediate frequency quenching process instead of the traditional flame hardening process, thus improved the hardening depth and the product quality. Proposed for the problem of high- precision surface hardening of V-type plate for a company in Beijing, substituting the imported ones and filling the gap in our country. Processed the drawn round plate, in which the hardening plane width reached 650mm by taking the IF surface hardening process. This has established the new national record in the field. Produce many sets of wear liner exported to Austrilia. Produced the 8000mm long small-bore three-way thread rod, which has won user’s great favour.Provide the 16 tons drop hammer, hammer heads and hammer rods for Luoyang YTO Group perennially, which has won good feedback from the customer. Have the capacity to make production design and reform of all kinds of reducer for mining, cement and metallurgy industry.
