1)Decoiling strip steel, cutting end or edge, welding,
Put them into a continuous annealing furnace in which strip steel is firstly heated to the recrystallization temperature before heated to 20-50 centigrade above recrystallization temperature
2)n a reducing furnace and maintained at this temperature for 170 seconds around.
After that it is cooled downed to a suitable temperature naturally in the slow-cooling stage, and is then taken into a zinc tank for hot dip aluzinc alloy coating at an optimal temperature of 630-660 centigrade ,
3)After that, it is directly produced into Al-Zn coated steel sheet through stabling roller and air cutter in an air cooling tower or water cooling tower.
Features of Aluzinc alloy coated steel coils:
1)A strong resistance to corrosion and the normal service life can reach 25 years which is 3-6 times longer than the service of zinc coated steel sheet and is equal to that stainless steel sheet.
2)A favorable heat reflectivity and it can be effectively used for heat resisting.
3) Favorable fabricating characteristics are suitable for join-up shaping, punching, spot welding and seam welding, etc.
4) Its price is economical and it is only one third of that stainless steel sheet.
5) It is widely applicable and can be used as the parts in solar water heaters.
6) The cut section has a unique resistance to corrosion: the cut section of such aluzinc coated steel sheet will generate red spots, but subsequently the coating around the cut section will start to take chemical reaction and form a compact protective film of aluzinc hydroxide and alkaline zinc chloride,etc.This film has a weak electric conductivity, and can inhibit the corrosion reaction at the cut section, and furthermore, 1.5% silicon contained in the coating layer can also promote the forming of the protective film as mentioned above.
