This product is a kind of specialty complex enzymatic preparation which is scientifically formulated with high-quality cellulase, xylanase, mannase, arabanase, pectase, etc. for wheat starch processing. This product can rapidly degrade NSP which leads higher viscosity of flour slurry, efficiently increase separation ratio of gluten, starch and protein, economically decrease the wheat consumption and greatly enhance the final productive yield.


The product accords with National Standard of Food Enzyme Preparation GB8276-2006 and  Food Additives Sanitary Standard GB2760-2007. The product implementing standard is Q/BSN010-2010.
