production process
PE Fuel Gas Pipe adopts the single screw cross-linked polyethylene extrusion processing with extra high tension,which may exert the extra high tension of 200-500MPa on the materials by utilizing the plunger,it belongs to one kind of direct extrusion processing,to make the materials become cross-linked in the lengthened neck ring mold with the temperature of 240~260°C.This technical product has good features as stable quality and uniform structure.
product usage
The products is mainly used for the fuel gas distributing of fuel gas industry,for -20°C~——40°C manufactured gas or LPG(liquefied petroleum gas)with working pressure less than 0.4MPa,transporting of combustible gas.
