And our main specification is from Φ260mm to Φ800mm for forged round bar. Width 200-800mm × thickness 200-800mm for forged square bar and flat bar. The rate of width and thickness is less than 2:1 (width : thickness ≤2:1). The bar’s generally length 4-5.8 meters.

For customers special require, we can do the bar’s length 16 meters Max ; Can do roughly machining; Can do normalizing / annealing / quenching and tempering ; Ultrasonic test can carry out China standard or SEP1921 or ASTM standard .

Our main equipments:

3 sets of 3 tons electro hydraulic hammer,8MN quick forging machine,16MN quick forging machine, 20MN quick forging machine.45MN quick forging machine.20 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace ,30 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace, 60 tons EAF/LF/VD furnace , 5 tons electro slag re-melting furnace. 20 tons electro slag re-melting furnace.
