Fiber Coat Steel Plate refers to the steel plate formed by coating special binder on the coiled materials of hot dip galvanizing steel plate and electro-galvanized sheet, and then using short nylon fiber to continue the electrostatic flocking, The material is well characterized by anticorrosion, preventing dew dropping , fire-resistance, light and sound absorbing as well as easily-formed, which is thus widely used in the ductworks, the forming products of long roof and walls and in the other fields.

    1.) Dew condensation prevention    -----The surface fiber coat layer possess a water retention capability of approx, 400 g/M2

    2.) Burn prevention   ----- It lowers the temperature of metal surfaces

    3.) Decoration    ------ Velvet Touch Feeling

    4.) Absorbance  ------  To Prevent the Light Reflection

    5.) Noise Absorption  ----- To prevent the noise reflection

    6.) Fireproof Performance  ----- Acquired Fireproofing Material Certification of Grade A both China and Japan
