Established in 2003,Shandong Huayun New Material Co.,Ltd. is specialized in the production of galvanized steel sheet, color coated steel sheet, printing steel plate, embossed steel plate and a household appliance steel plate.
Our company covers an area of about 180 thousand square meters, with total assets of RMB 439 million.Our annual sales income is RMB 1.81 billion and tax is RMB 150 million.In 2004 our company was awarded in the hi-tech enterprises in Shandong Province and had been entitled to engage in the import and export business.We also passed the approval of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 9001 Quantity Management System in 2007. Our company’s management level had been greatly improved.
3.SPCC Sheet line
In 2010, our company has invested RMB 460 million for new cold rolling production line, 2 sets of mill 1150, 1 set of mill 1450, 1 piece of pickling production line . The product, with thickness ranges between 0.18 mm and 1.6mm and width between 800 mm and 1260mm, ensure that the galvanized, painted for production of quality supply of raw materials, tensile chain and actually enhance the competitiveness of the industry.
4.Galvanized Production Line
Shandong Huayun New Material Co., Ltd., holding the exciting of striving for perfect in product quality control, makes continuous technological innovation and production development. The production line with 100,000 ton annual output of hot dip galvanized sheet, adopts continuous hot-dip galvanization technology in the method of non-oxidation reduction, which has an advanced level in the world. It has realized automatic continuous operation. The product, with thickness ranges between 0.14 mm and 1.2mm and width between 800 mm and 1250mm, is applied widely in construction,household appliance manufacturing, household decoration, vessel manufacturing and so on.
5.Color Coated Sheet Line
The design and major equipments of our color-coated steel plate production line with and annual capacity of 10 ten thousand tons are provided by Korea GALVATEC Company. We have adopted bi-painting and bi-drying coating technology during the production of this product and the manufacturing facility is one of the most advanced production equipment in Shandong Province at present.The stability and accuracy of the equipment ensures the quality of top products. The PLC automatic controlling system provides guarantee for automatic and continuous operation of the color coating strip, whose thickness range is 0.14—1.6mm and width range 800—1250mm.
