As a subsidiary corporation of Xianghe Group, Haoxiang Branch is located in Boshan, Zibo City, with convenient transportation, close to Boshan-Laiwu Expressway. Haoxiang Branch has the advanced product line of pickling, cold rolling, bright annealing, tinning, and 11 welded tube product line.
More than 100 000 tons` annual output, ratio-frequency welded tube and gymnasium equipment tube are the main products of the Haoxiang`s welded tube mill, which has the capacity to produce ERW steel tube and accurate steel welding tube (round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, oval tube, semi-oval tube, flat oval tube and special tube custom designed) at the dimensions of 20.5-114mm (diameter) * 0.8-3.5mm (thickness) with stable quality. All of the steel tube products have passed the ISO9001-2000 QMSC and ROSH.
Designed by Advanced Technology & Materials Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Baosteel Group Suzhou Metallurgical Machinery Plant, the cold rolled steel sheet mill of Haoxiang has two MSB-6C-1050mm 6 roller reversible cold mills, one MSB-6C-1150mm 6 roller reversible cold mill, 1150mm leveler, one 1050mm tension leveler & side trimmer combination machine, one 1880mm material shearer, one 1250mm push-pull continuous pickling line, one 1100mm defatting machine, one 1000mm slitter & recoil combination machine,one dual-tension leveler machine,one M1380 and one M1350 grinding machine, one MK84125 numerical control roller grinding machine, one laser texturing machine and 44 bell annealing furnace.
In 2011, a new 100,000 tons tinning sheet product line was established, which could produce the cold rolled steel sheet and tinning plate at thickness of 0.15-1.5mm and width of less than 1000mm, wildly used in the manufacturing of steel barrel, hardware tolls, automobile parts, truck parts, farm vehicle, light gauge steel keel, deep tamping plate, substrates of galvanized sheets and so on. More than 300 domestic customers mainly spread in Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shanxi, et cetera. The new tinning sheet product line adopted Baosteel technology, the product with stable quality mainly used for food packaging and cans.
