Welded gabion are delivered on site in folded condition (falt -packed)on a pallet .All verical joints are factory fitted and that will increase the quantity and speed of assembly on site.Depending upon the configuration of the welded gabions,the base and lid panels are connected with 1 horizontal helical.The accesories (bracing ties and jointing pins)are prefabricated and adjusted to the gabion type .To close the base and lids ,additional spirals are included.

Take a gabion from a pallet and cut off the securing brace .Lift the accesories and full the gabion until full length is reached close the base with the helicals and fold the ends 90 inwards .Now the spiralas will not detach when we move and turn the gabion.This will also prevent sharp end and avoid injuries ,This can be done with standard pliars.
