Double Intermediate Crimp Screens
Double intermediate crimp screens are produced by weaving previously crimped wires into one another. The mesh width and wire diameter determine the number of crimps within a mesh width. In some cases it is possible to produce grids with identical mesh width and differing numbers of crimps. The number of crimps set by us guarantees the highest possible mesh stability.

Type: blank/uncoated, galvanized*, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, plastic-coated
• Width of the grid: 400 – 2.200 mm
• Length of the grid: 300 – 7.000 mm, or in roll form up to 50
• Dimensional tolerances in length and width: -0 mm /+1 mesh width (customary)
• On request fixed measures with tolerances of +/-2 mm in length and width

Delivery:
Deviant mesh sizes and wire diameters as well as rectangular meshes can be delivered on inquiry. The nominal size of the double intermediate crimp screen always specifies the mesh.
