Apollo is for High-energy saving design. when the infrared sensor detect the 

human heat, the lamp will up to 100% power output until the human leave, and 

will delay this power output for 20 seconds, after that the lamp will be down 

to 50% power output for basic lighting. The light up will delay for 10s after power 

being switch on, and also delay for 10s for Infrared sensor detection dimmer.
