xenon lamp
Principle
High Luminance, Energy-saving, Longevity, Safety, Easy installation
HID is the abbreviation of High intensity Discharge, usually known as xenon lamp. High-Intensity-Discharge (HID) lamps create light by the arc between two electrodes. The arc activates the Xenon, which in turn ignites the metal halide. the light is created by an electrical discharge between two electrodes in an air tight tiny quartz capsule filled with xenon gas, mercury and metal halide salts. In an HID Xenon lighting system for automobile, the voltage between the two electrodes rises firstly from 12V to 23000V and keeps stable at 83V by using the Xenon HID ballasts system. Due to the ultra high voltage, the Xenon gas ionizes and a super-bright beam is produced.
Features
High Luminance, Energy-saving, Longevity, Safety, Easy installation
1)The bulbs are drive by the electromagnet with rectilinear motion. It only needs
2 seconds for the electrified time,so the heat problem of the electromagnet becauseof the long electrified time can be avoided.
2)It has the strong retentivity to keep itself to stay at the estate needed, which
can drastically solve the unstable problem of the high beam and the low beam while
driving on the uneven road or blaking suddenly.
3)The fireproofing materials used for aviation are can achieve inflaming retarding.
4)The unique design with good appearance are welcome.
5)defect rate <1%.
