This steel has manganese content more than 17%,the carbon content is always below 1.0% .It is used for making  retaining ring in motor industry and so on .The density of this steel is 7.87~7.98g/.As the content of carbon and manganese are all high,so the capacity of heat transmission is bad.Thermal conductivity is 12.979W/(m),nearly the  carbon steel's 1/3.Because the steel is austenite structure , non-magnetic ,the magnetoconductivity is 1.003~1.03(H/m).
