Main Application:
The high efficiency salt grinder is mainly applied in grinding of materials in such industries as foodstuffs, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
The main characteristics of the machine are: compact in design, low electricity consumption, high efficiency, stability in operation, low noises, effective self-cooling, easy maintenance.
The Structure of the machine:
Monolithic wide turbine, fixed gear ring and sieves being applied in the Grinder, the raw materials are cut and then exposed to thorough friction in all directions. Meanwhile the fast rotation of the turbine brings forth a strong air current, thus pushing the powder ground to pass the sieves and simultaneously cooling the machine down. The fineness of the powder is decided by the sieves applied. All the dust resulted from grinding is collected with a bin, thus making the working site clean.

Assembly and Cautions
1) The machine is to be fixed on a flat floor at a level line.
2) Before running the machine, please make sure that all the connecting parts are not loose, that no metals are in the grinding cabinet, and that all the moving parts in good order. If it is jammed or emits strange noises, all the disorder should be removed before running the machine. Also please make sure the running direction is the same as shown by the arrow. Feeding is only carried out when the running of the machine is stable.
3) The materials to be ground are to be smaller than 10mm; the moisture, less than 12%. If the materials are too big, they should be first coarsely crushed.
4) Make sure no metals are mixed in the materials to be ground.
5) While connecting the cables, and keep the right running direction of the machine.
6) Feed materially continuously and evenly, do not feed over the capacity.
7) Use long a cloth bag to receive the powder.
8) After grinding, please first disconnect the power supply. Not until the machine has completely stopped can the door be opened. Meanwhile, please clean up the grinding bin and the sieves.
Troubleshooting
NO. | SYMPTON | POSSIBLE CAUSES | SOLVING METHOD |
1 | The bearings temperature exceeding the limit. | 1) Lack of lubricant. 2) Inaccuracy of bearing installation is over the limit. 3) The running is over the capacity. | 1) Add lubricant. 2) Align the bearing. 3) Readjust the feeding of materials. |
2 | The speed of the machine slows down. | 1) The size of materials is too big. 2) The feeding is jammed. 3) Over feeding. 4) The belts are loose. | 1) Control the size of materials to be fed. 2) Stop feeding and check the machine. 3) Readjust the feeding speed. 4) Tighten the belts. |
3 | Strange noises | 1) Metals are mixed in materials. 2) Some connecting parts are loose. | 1) Remove metals strictly from the materials. 2) Tighten the loose parts. |
4 | Decrease in output | 1) Wind release is not smooth. 2) The turbine blades and grinding plate are seriously worn out. 3) The pipes are jammed. | 1) Clean up the cloth bag. 2) Change worn parts. 3) Check the pipes, and clear them up if necessary. |
5 | Materials spurt out. | 1) The grinding bin is jammed. 2) The rubber sealing strips are worn out. | 1) Find out the reason of the jam, and lessen the materials in feeding. 2) Change the rubber sealing strips. |
6 | The size of the powder is too large. | The sieves are worn out. | Change sieves. |
7 | The machine is shaking too heavily. | 1) The rotor is uneven. 2) The ball-bearing is worn out and connecting parts loose. | 1) Align the rotor. 2) Change ball-bearing. |
