Product introduction:
The telecom cabinet with heat exchanger consists of standard 19" cabinet and side installed or top installed air/air heat exchanger. Heat exchanger for cabinet is a kind of new technology product with self-owned intellectual property right which has adopted one invention and several utility model patent technologies. It has good heat exchanging performance, and its protection level reaches IP55. The heat exchange system with completely segregated internal and external circulation can guarantee the heat dissipation inside the cabinet which is completely sealed. It can provide strong dissipation air volume and clean working environment for equipments inside the cabinet.
Adopting the heat exchange mode fully isolated from the outside world, the cabinet provides the inner equipments with good heat dissipation condition, and protects these telecommunication equipments from external dust, vapor and corrosive gases. The protection level of the external circulation fans, which connect with the outside environment, is IP54. The external circulation channel of the heat exchanger has gone through strict protection treatment, so the product has no dust filter, which needs often change and maintenance. It is maintenance free.
The heat exchanger of cabinet or distribution box has SCM control system, which conducts intelligent control on the heat exchanger’s operation. The control system can give a fault alarm by 4-way alarm output, offering the maintainers information on equipment condition.
It adopts one invention and multi-utility model patent, and is a hi-tech product with self intellectual property right.
