Operation theory
Operation theory of thermocouple is that the conducts with two different components form circuit via welding; the direct
measuring temperature terminal is called measuring terminal and wiring sub-terminal is called reference terminal. When temperature difference of measuring terminal and reference terminal exsits thermal current will be generated on the circuit. If
connecting to display meter the meter will display the corresponding temperature value of thermal electromotive force
generated by thermocouple. Thermal electromotive force of thermocouple is on the increase along with the increase of
measuring terminal temperature, the magnitude of thermal electromotive force is only related to conduct material of
thermocouple and the temperature difference of two terminals, and not related to the length and diameter of thermal
electrode. Assembly type thermocouple is mainly composed of junction box, protection tube, insulation sleeving,
wiring terminal and thermal electrode. And it is equipped with all kinds of mounting and fixing.
