REAR FOLDING-OZ Design 9ft, fast fold out soft floor camper trailer tent. We are the first manufacturer in China to produce a rear fold soft floor trailer tent, that is very suited to off road use. This style of tent is becoming very popular in Australia and very suited to some of the smaller sites in caravan parks.
A good point about the rear fold tent is that it is not necessary to crawl over your bed partner if you need to get up during the night and it is also easier for the elderly to get into the bed. This tent has been made under the strict guidance of our quality control manager who is from Australia and who has had extensive camping experience in Australia
FEATURES
l This tent is made from the highest quality 440 gsm canvas available in China and core spun thread from Australia or Europe is used in the double stitched seams. We also use high quality midgee mesh on the tent windows and 650 gsm puncture resistant PVC in the tent floor. All poles are 25mm easy slide and galvanized. The bed also has a privacy screen and storage pockets.
l This tent is very quick to set up and has a fast folding system. It will fit a 7x4 trailer with a recommended height of 1000mm to 1070mm, or we can custom build to fit a 6x4 trailer with a height of 850mm.
l The tent comes with a high density 150mm foam mattress or an optional inner spring mattress is available. The steel framed bed board measures 2250mm x 1750mm and is 18mm heavy duty ply, varnished on the underside. An aluminium ladder provides access to the bed.
l There are internal window flaps on the inside of the tent section and this saves going outside to close up the tent when raining. The tent windows have midge mesh screens as do the 2 doors in the main tent section. A large zip open flap allows access to the rear of the trailer in addition to the under bed access hatch
l External window flaps can be pegged out as mini awnings to provide shade on those hot days..
l The awning roof zips off or can be left on. The awning walls come in 3 pieces. We can customize the size of annex room and awning walls to suit customers’ requirements.
l The 2 piece travel cover is made from 650gsm PVC and joins together with a zip and Velcro. The bottom section of the travel cover is fitted into sail track. This provides a quality barrier against water and dust.
l All zips are sturdy SBS and YKK are available as an optional extra.
l Optional gas struts can be provided for fitting to the bed base and under mattress hatch.
