Product Description:

HUK Series Combined- Type wiring terminal is novel in design and logical in structure. The special design of location-base makes it convenient and fast to install terminal on both standard mount rail U35-7.5 and G32-15; sealed screw lead-hole not only facilitate to the operation of ordinary screwdriver , but also prevent unscrewed bolts loosing from terminals; realizing distribution of terminal electric potential through input fixed bridge of center terminal, and insertion bridge which input taper lead-hole; adopting white marking tags at both ends on the top to realize universally unique identifier;  for terminals with many different cross-sections, all equipped with universal accessories, for example, end cover, group partition plate, parting slip and so on.  The material of insulation housing is made of imported engineering plastic Polyamide(Nylon)66 which has the features of high mechanical strength, excellent electrical property, good elasticity.

 

 

Construction Feature:

Reasonable installation construction, no need additional spring catching plate, only through reasonable design construction and elasticity of nylon material. It’s convenient to install G type or U type din rail.  Have good general-purpose property.

HUK series terminal block has well electrically conductivity. Below 50mm2 use copper wiring-clamping frame and copper shinbone screw, no less than 50mm2 adopt steel one, has big tightening force.

Flat and straight wire-clamping frame can ensure to press thin wire tightly.The indentation of current bar can cut the oxide layer to release good electrical connection.The design of terminal have the function of self-locking. The insulation material is made of high quality nylon.
