BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Our material of  PA66 is halogen free.  No gasification substance which will produce corrosive acid rain when burning. In addition, PA66 has excellent capacity of anti-unfavourable weather conditions . No providing oxygen and bioelement,  so the insulation components will not reduce the performance for the exist of termite ,anaerobic bacterium,fungus. PA66 has good resistivity for general detergent ,for example, oils, lipids, alcohol,carbon tetrachloride and so on.

Clamping yokes in our products, made of carbureted,hot zinc-plated, and achromatized low carbon steel, have excellent mechanical properties and corrosive resistance of no less than copper clamping yokes. Steel itself has good mechanical property which is superior to copper material . this guarantee wire-clamping frame can bear the force of 750N.  Strong contact force makes more tight contact between conduct wire and current bar.  It not only reduce the contact resistance, but also realize the steamtight joint. Which effectively prevent the erosion of harmful gas.

Our current bar is made of red copper, plating with nickel, which has good electric conduction performance and corrosive resistance. This guarantee excellent contact ability and minimum contact resistance. Under tin, there is an additional nickellayer, which effectively prevents the discharge of nickel atoms from the copper.

Our products, SAK screw and wire-clamping frame , with a torque only 0.8Nm on the screw, it provides a contact force of 750N in practice, this can guarantee the reliability and meet the connection technical requirements, please use appropriate tools to limit the torque under the recommendation to avoid any damage to components.
