X-ray Pipeline Inspection
Features:
1 X-ray Generator system has a regulatory function of KV with large diameter and thick walled tube has the regulatory function. Tran illumination to ensure the X-ray film and degree of consensus.
2 Electronic speed control motor function, to achieve constant torque, constant current operation, could be 40 percent energy saving at the same time motor over current protection.
3 Automatically inspect the energy of battery. When the voltage of battery is not enough, the crawler will turn back in time .
4 It has various real-time function to protect the x-ray generator in case of meeting water, over-voltage, zero voltage, over-current, zero current, meeting barrier, antenna falling off, X-ray generator falling off, over temperature.
5 Instead of γ-source location, it adopts radio microwave video location, which is safer, more direct-viewing, and location-accurate.
6 It has a continuous contact with runner in order to show the inner situation clearly. e.g.: NDT Equipment fault, battery State LOW, over tempered inner pipeline, distance to the pipe mouth.
7 It has the automatic stop function, with no need of Real Time Monitoring.
