5. RS232 interface
PC connects to the interface by USB turn to serial cable, then the PC can control the vibrating table.
6. The calibrated transducer signal input socket
The signal( voltage signal ) that output by the calibrated transducer connects to the socket, the vibrating table can measure and display it.
7. The calibrated signal input socket
The input calibrated transducer signal output from the socket, so as to use the digital universal standard or other apparatus for measurement.
8. 24V voltage output binding post
provide -24V power for the proximitor when calibrate the eddy current transducer.
9. 4 ~ 20mA current input positive binding post
10. 4 ~ 20mA current input negative binding post
Operation buttons
Eddy current transducer bracket fix the screw
When calibrate the eddy current transducer, fix the fixing bracket on the control panel through the screw holes.
Main technical index:
1. Parameters for YD-1 type vibration transducer calibration table:
Acceleration(m/S2) peak value
Speed ( mm / S ) effective value
Displacement ( μm ) peak-peak value
2. Power: 220VAC±10%, with fuse, can operate more than an hour continuously.
3. Maximum load weight: ≤1000g
4. Vibration frequency range: 10~1280Hz; resolution: 1Hz.
5. Vibration amplitude setting range
Acceleration(m/S2): ≤50.00 ( resolution is 0.01G, accuracy is 3‰ )
Speed ( mm / S ): ≤100.00
Displacement (μm ): ≤2000
6. The output vibration signal error: ≤±0.3dB±1 words
Frequency accuracy: < 0.05Hz
7. The maximum vibration amplitude and maximum load value
Due to the vibrating table for YD-1 type vibration transducer calibration instrument is small, the output amplitudes by the calibration instrument are different when different transducers are calibrated in different frequencies. The maximum vibration amplitude value and maximum load value is defined as under a certain frequency, the maximum acceleration, speed or displacement value that output by the calibration instrument when the calibrated transducer is in a weight. Please refer to the following table for the specific indicators ( frequency sample value: 10,20,40,80,160,320,640,1280Hz ).

* in high frequency, the vibration displacement is very small, so, in this point, there is no vibration signal output from the calibration table.
