Quantity of the travellers:

1. NP ring traveller

Nickel plated.
A universal quality at economical cost.

2. SP ring traveller

Nickel plated with special lubricating agent.
Less yarn end breakage and improved hairiness.
End breakage is reduced by up to 30%.

Note: Due to its low friction coefficient, SP traveller also lowers yarn tension. Thus it is suggested to use a neighboring heavier number when replacing NP ring travellers.

3. NT ring traveller

A pioneer quality with special nano treatment.
It features dramatically shortened running in process. Many spinners do not even conduct running in. It brings also a super longer life time of traveller and apparently reduced yarn end breakage.

 When choosing a traveller quality, one has to compromise cost and quality.

 When selecting a traveller designation and number, following technical factors are at least to be considered: Yarn type and count, ring dimension+flange and its working condition, spindle speed, ring frame shop environment.
