ZJHW-C
General
ZJHW-C Control Cabinet for Rapier Loom (hereinafter called ZJHW-C) is a control system with a microprocessor specially designed for rapier loom operation. It is the heart of electric control unit for rapier loom. The monolithic microprocessor technology is utilized with the rational allocation of software and hardware in ZJHW-C, and there a rapier loom can be operated and controlled by the sensors, contacts and other parts.
ZJHW-C has the feature in advanced technology, complete functions, rational structure, fine stability, high control accuracy and nice outline, while is a newly designed style with the modifications based on the primary ZJHW-A and ZJHW-B (They have the same terminals which can be exchanged to each other).
Main function ZJHW-C
a) An individual floor type cabinet with the concentrated allocation of relative controlling components.
b) The control of attract and release for the electromagnetic clutch and brake of loom.
c) The function of PAUSE, SINGLE WEFT, START, POSITION STOP, and EMERGENCY STOP.
d) The automatic position stop function for machine stop caused by the trouble such as warp, weft and weft accumulator, and the protection stop function for other trouble caused.
e) The LED panel for visual display of complete loom operation and the signal input of position sensors.
f) The agile revising function for the angle of position stop, which may help the machine stop at the right position during operation and stop.
g) The agile adjusting function of pause sensitivity.
