1. Product Description
The National Patented Product Series is developed and manufactured by East-Sea independently and is rewarded as the High-Tech Product. It makes the dream of Recycled PET Bottle Flake Chip Spinning (PET to POY) comes true and is a landmark in CPF Industry worldwide. It saves the material cost by nearly 40%-50% without sacrificing the product quality. East-Sea is dedicating to take this technology to another new level.
2. Application
Extensively applied in PSF, POY, PP Non-Woven production. It is the key technology in the bottle chip spinning revolution project.
3. Working Principal
The filtering process is based on the particle sizes of impurities in the raw material. It adopts consistent and step-by-step filtering and switching process in order to enlarge the filter area and filtration rate at its best.
4. Technical Advantages
1) Raw Material: The Recycled PET Bottle Flake used for spinning not only saves the material cost by 40%-50% but also becomes an important part for sustainable development.
2) Spinnability: It improves the operation cycles of Pre-Spinning and Spin Pack by 2-3 times.
