The FK6B-12 high speed draw texturing machine is a single heater machine for the production of stretch yarns. The denier range is from 20-220 dtex. The maximum speed is 1200m/min. Many types of yarns can be produced on this machine. The standard feed yarn for this machine is POY.
The machine is suitable to texture different yarns depending on the heater arrangement. Each arrangement has an optimized yarn path for such yarns.
The FK6B- 12 threading device is reliable. With the stationary protective sleeves between the feed rollers yarn wraps are no longer a problem as they can be removed easily and safely.
On the FK6B(S)-12, the heater, cooling plate and friction unit are arranged in a straight line. The cooling plate length is 1.1 m to intensify the effect of cooling
The machine comes equipped with HY-VII friction units. The material of the disks can either be ceramic or PU depending on the process requirements. The disks have a diameter of 49.6 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The maximum configuration is 1-7-1. The shape of the friction disks can be either C or D type, suitable for different deniers and types of yarn. HY-VIII friction units are available as an option.
Tile heater is heated by a well proven vapor phase diphenyl heating system, which has a large thermal capacity ensuring temperature stability and highest dye uniformity. The temperature range is from 160 to 250 oC.
The friction units are driven by two tangential belt motors, so that there is no speed difference between A and B side. Good consistency of yarns can be given in the future processing after merging S twist with Z twist yarn from A and B side.
On the HY-12S, the W1 shaft is fixed on the main support, the friction units are fixed straightly, and the relative position of the heaters and the cooling plates have to be adjusted accordingly. This allows a straight line yarn path and a reduced machine width.
Intermingle jets are optional, which can be located between the W2 rollers and the oiling device.
Yarn length as well as yarn plying devices are optional for the customers.
