    The AXK axial needle roller and assemblies are the basic components of axial needle roller bearings. The cages are made from steel strip and the small cages are made from plastic. The high accuracy of G2 grade needle roller ensures uniform load distribution. Just like series AXK, Axial cylindrical roller and cage assemblies can bear high thrust load.

    AXW axial needle roller bearing consists of axial Needle roller bearing, cage assemblies and center spigot. AX axial needle roller is combined AXW assemblies with axial washer by the control ring.

Thrust Washers

    The main sorts of axial bearing washers are series AS,WS,GS and LS.

    Axial bearing washers series AS are 0.8mm and 1mm thick washers punched from high-grade spring steel strip(plate), through hardened and polished. They are used if the adjacent machine part can’t be hardened but with sufficient rigidity and geometrical accuracy. These bearing washers should be supported on their entire abutment surface.

    Shaft locating washers(Ws), housing locating washers(GS) and bearing washers(LS) are washers hardened by bearing steel. Their surface are polished, also are the outside surface of housing locating washers and the bore of shaft locating washers. Bearing washers usually used combined with axial cylindrical roller and cage assemblies.
