§1§Brief introduction

The whole line is composed with the following equipments:
(1) Uncoil (2)Device of the feeding platform (3)Profile forming machine (4)Cutting device (5)Supporting table (6)Electrical Control System (7)Hydraulic pump system
(2)Device of the feeding platform
Located at the front of machine, adopts welded sheet strecture.Upon it there are positioning plate which can control the location of the feeding plate. Put the raw material(steel plate) on the plate to manufacture and process,it can guarantee that the products are neat, parallel and everything is uniformity.
This device had been completion of commissioning befor leaving the factroy,But As the transport reasons, maybe can cause the change of its location.So need adjustment before to be used. To ensure the normal operation.
When the user use the different width of the coil sheet,also need to take adjust, To ensure the normal operation.
(3)Profile forming machine
In order to keep the product shape and precision,adopts welded sheet structure, H-beam Frame ,motor reducer drive,Chain Drive. roller surfaces polishing, hard planting,heat treatment and galvanization treatment. The polished surfaces and the heat treatment towards the roller also can be keep the plate suface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.

(4)Cutting device
It adopts the hydraulic drive and automatic location to decide to dimension and cut the target products.It composition with shear cylinder,frame, knife beam, blade and shaft of Synchronization gear.In order to operation easy,There is two switch,can control the up and down of the blade independent.
Material of the cutting blade: Cr12, heat treatment,wire-cutting.
Hydraulic cutting,with uniform pressure, Smoothly and without burr.
Synchronization gear make the balance,keep the tile cutted in the same time by the two sides.
(5)Electrical Control System
It adopts Mitsubishi PLC, Xinjie Monitors .5.5kw Mitsubishi frequency converters. Omron 600-line encoder. CHNT, DELIXIand foreign control parts.
High quailty, high control accuracy, repair achieve the international networking.also can be repair by the Nearest Department.
The screen with English easy operating,suit most of Countries. Easy to master.
(6)Hydraulic pump system
The mmachine includes two sets of the hydraulic oil pump.One is work for the forming machine,it offer the Power to the cutting device (3kw).The other is work for the hydraulic uncoiler(4kw)
Attation:befor to used the oil pump,it must be filling the oil. It must be filled more than two thirds of the oil tank
