1.The whole axle is a system, install the axle to frame of the trailer directly. Convenient to installation.
2.The axle used torsion bar spring. It realized flexibility connection between body and wheel. Torsion bar spring could store more power than coil spring and leaf spring. So it could make the trailer travel more smooth and steady.
3.Although torsional coefficient of torsion bar spring is a constant, the rigid of rear suspension which installed torsion bar spring is changeable. It is favorable when you are travelling on road. In addition ,the height of trailer body could be changeable by using torsion bar spring. In the same time, we installed two shock absorbers on axle. It wouldn’t over dependent on tensile property of torsion axle when you travel on road.
4.We used self-deflection elastic cushion between axle and trailer body, So the trailer could follow drive. When travel on road, the elastic cushion could deform because centrifugalized. It could help improve operability and stability when the trailer move faster(include curve and straight line), by using following-up steering axle.
5.Due to install torsion bar shock absorb system,the axle has the function of following-up steering. Only if suspension is non correlative, the axle could following-up to main car when making a turn. And the axle couldn’t use spiral spring, because the spiral spring must be connected to axle and trailer body. If you used spiral spring ,the trailer couldn’t swerving.
6.When GVW is less than 750KG, this axle could performance its best. Using absorber system to absorb shock, no need to install brakes.
To sum up, using independent suspension axle, your trailer could show its high performance, better shock absorb system. Give you comfortable driving.
