Axle beam is processed with alloy steel of good quality and by integral heat rolling technics. Processed with special heat treatment technics, the axle beam has characters like antifatigue, strong loading capacity, and steady properties,etc.

The position of bearings is abrasive resistant and antifatigue with special intermediate frequency quenching treatment.

The bearings are heavy duty ones of good quality which are supplied by famous brands, thus, can increase service life of axle products.

Optional track length and specification is available as per customers' request.
