1. cut the vinyl film in cutting plotter  .
2. peel off the film that you do not need , only leave the designed photo  .
3. put the cut design onto the fabric or T-shirt , and heat press in press machine  in 160-180 degress 10 seconds .
4. peel off the clean film ,then it is ok .
