1. Core

a. High performance material ,the core adopt imported high-quality cold-roll crystallite orientation, low loss, high magnetic permeability silicon steel plate, it satisfy the design requirement of low loss, low noise.

b. Structure of the core is more reasonable,: four step all oblique fillet, adopt no-overlaping iron yoking technology, decrease no-load-loss effectively and accessories of pressure plate are made of low magnetic steel.

c. Core adopt imported material ribbon and colligation and dealt with by epoxy resin.

2. Winding and Insulation

a High quality wire: Adopting high quality no-oxygen copper wire, law the eddy-flow low effectively and good for heat dissipation, increase the ability of resist of short circuit.

b The oil- leading channel in winding can cool every parts of the winding completely, low the heat-turn and some hot-point, prolong the life time of insulation.

c Winding adopt standing winding machine or special tension installation.

d All of coil adopt entirety suit. Low voltage winding and tap-changer winding are wound directly to insulation paper table model. The low voltage wingding and tap-changer wingding set up stay inside and out side, and control the axial and radial height strictly, and the stay and insulation tube are dried enough, insure to coordinate tightly, space of the wingding is little ,and ensure the strength of the machine, and improve its stability ,the destabilization and deformation of the wingding is cut off. Partition insulator adopt whole splint and pressure plate and fix each wingding.

3Structure of the body and assembly technology

AThe transformer body is fixed in the room of full sealed ,constant temperaturemoistureno dirt, to ensure the request of clean of the body and constant temperature dry level..

BThe bank body is adopted the vapour phase kerosene drying equipment which is controlled by computer to dry, to ensure the products clean effect is better.

CThe clamp plate and side beam form strength frame structure, body and tank adopt six surface and eleven points rigidity fixing, ensure body dont move on carrying, meanwhile ,fix three-dimension bump recorder on carrying, to carry out winding deformation and comparison test, it wont rang core when arrive at scene.

4High quality oil tank

ATo analyze pressure condition for each part of tank, calculate the mechanical strength of the tank exactly, satisfy the standard requirement by the designer .

BTank is adopted bell type and flat top structure . Tank cover and are dealed circling. Tank wall is curved, decrease the welding and increase the mechanical strength, enlarge the area of heat diffusion, and the curved wall has diffusive effection, so it can decrease noise.

C Adopt advantage surface dealt technology.

D Adopt submerged are automatic welding, mired gas protected welding ect welding technology, in order to make sure of the welding quality of tank, make sure of tank dont seep oil. Improve welding quality.

5Transformer surface and main accessories.

AIn order to make sure transformers surface, the second return circuit flume and control box, terminal box are made of stainless steel.

BAdopt capsule oil storage pocket, in order to less transformer aging speed. Magnetic pine oil gauge can reflect oil level exactly.

C Adopt high quality piece heat sink and low noise fans, increase the effection of heating diffusion and low noise.

DIn order to make sure that there is not leakage point , all of flanges are processed exactly, and have the structure of opened flume and confined position, adopt high quality modeling oil-proof sealing device to seal at the same time, ensure sealing purpose
