Main shaft and gears are floatingly installed, no needle bearings between gears and shaft, high power-transfer efficiency.
Adopting thin-and-fine teeth gear design (transverse contact ratioε>2), stable engagement, low noise.
Fully synchronized, both main and auxiliary cases adopt double-taper faced synchronizers of lock-ring style, large synchro-capacity and easy shifting.
Combined design of main and auxiliary cases, small ratio steps, high fuel efficiency.
Various ways of power taking off, catering to the refitting of trucks.
Single lever, double lever, or single H, double H operating mechanism can be realized.
