Electron beam filament (tungsten fwire) can be used in vacuum coating, with good discharge performance and anti-sag properties

Electron Beam filaments are applied to vacuum metallizing by e-gun. Under the vacuum environment ,the coils radiate electronics attract and mix with the coating materials particles,  vapor travels about the chamber and condenses on surfaces within the chamber, forming a thin film.
