A. Brief introduction
ZX series ultraviolet sterilizer is device for small-scale water disinfection. It can cooperate with soft drink packaging machine. It can disinfect quickly and efficiently without changing the physical and chemical quality of water. It has no harmful metal ion to pollute the environment and no halogenide. The water disinfected by it can reach the standard of drinking water.
It consists of ultraviolet, quartz glass tube, stainless steel tube, electric controller, etc to bear inner-pressure sealed tin.

C. Program of installation and operation
Model ZXW sterilizer should install indoors in level, fix bracket on given base on working desk. Place the sterilizer is indoors, except for thinking over convenience of top or bottom water and meeting demand of craftwork flow, must pay attention to remaining the space drawing out light tube of ultraviolet radiation. Electric-controlled box install near the disinfector, relative humidity isn't more than 80% has no caustic gas, no conducting dust and no stronger shake and concussion.
Model ZXW sterilizer should install with the equipment in vertical.
After installing, firstly check power supply and voltage whether is normal or not, and then open the switch to put through power supply and the sterilizer begins to work. If put through power supply, annunciator gives an alarm, which shows the disinfector can't work normally and have to close power supply and check connection wire whether hasn't been connected well. It's necessary to adjust every wire and power supply.
